Sprouting our organic red clover seeds is relatively easy and can be sprouted using the same method as other sprouts. You can sprout them in a jar, or in a sprouting tray. You'll need to soak the seeds for about 8-12 hours, drain them, and then rinse them 2-3 times a day for a few days until the sprouts are ready to eat. They are ready to eat when they have small leaves and are about 1/4-1/2 inches long.
